Personal Commissions Terms and Conditions

By commissioning me, @rhinobeetl, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below. I have a right to decline your commission without reason, and to withdraw from the commission upon violation of my terms and conditions.
Payment
USD
Paypal (price includes transfer fee)
Payment must be 100% upfront, made within 7 days of being given a commission slot
I will begin working on the commission when payment is received
What you receive
A digital illustration in .png or .jpg form, at least 300 DPI (printing resolution)
I am not sending physical copies or prints at this time, although you may print it yourself for your own personal use. Please see the Use & Distribution section below.
Communication requests
Please provide clear & polite communication! I am a human being. I will do my best to be understanding, but I don't tolerate mistreatment.
Process & progress
Sketch: 1 revision of the entire pose, 3 minor edits (ex. limb position, expression)
Lineart: 3 minor edits (ex. limb position, expression)
Rough colours: up to 2 iterations of colours & lighting
Timeline
Your commission will be completed within the 75 days after you receive an initial sketch.In the event that you need your commission before a deadline (i.e. as a gift to someone), please let me know well in advance!Please remember that I am a person with my own family, work and health-related issues! I appreciate your patience and will always do my best to get commissions done in a timely manner.
Refunds
You will receive a full refund if:
You cancel the commission before I start working on it/before I receive your payment. I will start working on your commission 24 hours AFTER I receive payment.
If I, for any reason, am unable to finish the commission
Disclaimer
As mentioned above, I may decline a commission without giving a reason
I may withdraw from a commission at any time (in which case you will be issued a full refund)
I claim the rights to the drawing in question (but not your original character[s])
By commissioning me, you agree to the use of the commission in my portfolios and on my social media platforms
Use & distribution
You may print the artwork for your own personal use
You may not print, distribute or sell the artwork to third parties for commercial purposes or monetary gain ( please contact me at [email protected] for commercial jobs)
You may not post or use the artwork without proper credit -- i.e., with my username (@rhinobeetl) and where possible, a link or an @ to my Twitter or Tumblr.
You may not remove my signature or watermark from the artwork
You may not modify or edit the artwork (at any stage).
You may not modify the artwork (at any stage) using AI/Stable Diffusion.
You may not use the artwork to train AI/Stable Diffusion.
You may not trade, sell or distribute the artwork as an NFT.
If you violate these rules, I will assume you are purchasing full commercial rights to the artwork, and you will be charged a 150% copyright fee.
